Baileys espresso Martini

Everyone loves a Baileys at christmas and this Baileys espresso martini is one of my favs. Just like a regular espresso martini but with baileys added to give it that extra bit of christmas cheer.

Ingredients 

handful of ice

35ml Tia maria

35ml espresso

25ml vodka

25ml baileys

Method

1. Put the ice , vodka , tia maria , baileys and coffee into a cocktail shaker
2. Important step here is to taste and add a little more Baileys if you want it sweeter or Tia Maria.
3. Shake vigorously 
4. Strain into a chilled glass and top with coffee beans, if you have them, or chocolate shavings . Another alternative here is to pour some semi whipped cream, using the back of a spoon so it sits on the top like an irish coffee. Delicious !
