Homemade herby stuffing

To make 50g of stuffing you need 2 slices of bread or any type of bread really. You can use white or brown it doesn't matter and a few days old or a little stale is better. I use breadcrumbs for topping cauliflower cheese, coating chicken breasts or pork chops.

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
salt and pepper to season
tbsp mixed herbs
tbsp paprika
pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

Method
  1. Blitz your slices of bread in your food processor.
  2. Add herbs spices and season well. Mix again.
