Homemade herby stuffing
To make 50g of stuffing you need 2 slices of bread or any type of bread really. You can use white or brown it doesn't matter and a few days old or a little stale is better. I use breadcrumbs for topping cauliflower cheese, coating chicken breasts or pork chops.
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
salt and pepper to season
tbsp mixed herbs
tbsp paprika
pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

Method
- Blitz your slices of bread in your food processor.
- Add herbs spices and season well. Mix again.
